The Future of Automobile Carbon Capture Is Here
DISCOVER A GREENER, CHEAPER AUTOMOBILE CATALYTIC CONVERTER.
VISION
Revolutionizing the Cost & Efficiency of Automobile Eco-Filtration
DeCarb offers a cheaper carbon steel catalytic converter for automobile manufacturers with an additional liquid amine reactant to trap environmentally harmful carbon dioxide gas and alternatives to costly precious metal reactants.
Mitigated CO2 output through the use of Monoethanolamine (MEA), trapping CO2 and emitting non-environmentally damaging carbamate.
Through the use of copper and nickel catalysts instead of expensive PGMs, DeCarb's system costs 58% less than the average traditional converter.

OUR PRODUCT
Cheaper Production, Uncompromising Sustainability
LIQUID AMINE REACTANTS
MEA
C2H7NO Reactant
After the initial engine emissions of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxide are converted into carbon dioxide, water, and nitrogen, Fans inside the DeCarb catalytic converter push the solution into a liquid amine (monoethanolamine), trapping CO2 in the produced carbamate. The environmentally non-harmful carbamate is then released as exhaust with nitrogen and water.

ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL CARBON STEEL
$0.66
Per pound of 304 stainless steel
Not even considering the significant environmental benefits of the DeCarb catalytic converter, the converter is built with carbon steel, which is cheaper than the traditional stainless steel used and is still able to facilitate the necessary reactions.
$0.42
Per pound of carbon steel
REDUCED ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE
4.6
Average Annual Metric Tons CO2 Emitted per Automobile
20%
Global CO2 Emissions from Cars
The engine of a car emits carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxide, which are processed by the traditional catalytic converter into less environmentally harmful compounds, one which is CO2. DeCarb's cheaper carbon steel catalytic converter uses monoethanolamine (MEA), a liquid amine, to eliminate traditionally emitted CO2 and reduce automobile carbon emissions that account for such a large percentage of global carbon emissions.
